• RepoBeam is free to use, on any number of computers, including for commercial work.
• It is not open source. You may not modify it, sell it, or redistribute it without permission. To share RepoBeam, link to this website, the GitHub releases page or the Snap Store.
• Your repositories and your code are yours. RepoBeam claims no rights to anything you create with it.
• RepoBeam is provided as is, without warranty of any kind.

The summary is for convenience. The license agreement below is what applies.

Third-party software

RepoBeam is built on open-source components such as Electron, React and CodeMirror, each under its own license. The snap also includes Git, which is distributed under the GNU General Public License, version 2.

RepoBeam is free to use, but it is not open source. By installing or using RepoBeam, you agree
to these terms. "RepoBeam" means the RepoBeam application, its installers and packages, and its
documentation.

1. What you may do

   You may download, install and use RepoBeam free of charge, on any number of computers, for
   personal or commercial work.

2. What you may not do

   You may not:

   a. modify, adapt or translate RepoBeam, or create derivative works based on it;
   b. sell, rent, lease, lend or sublicense RepoBeam, charge any fee for it, or include it in a
      product or service that you charge for;
   c. redistribute RepoBeam, in whole or in part, without written permission. To share
      RepoBeam, link to the official downloads at https://repobeam.com, the GitHub releases page
      at https://github.com/ferchichibaha7/repobeam-releases or the Snap Store;
   d. reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble RepoBeam, except where applicable law expressly
      allows it despite this restriction;
   e. remove or change any copyright notice or this license.

3. Ownership

   RepoBeam is licensed to you, not sold. Baha Ferchichi keeps all rights in RepoBeam, including
   its name and logo, that are not expressly granted in this agreement.

4. Your work

   RepoBeam claims no rights to your repositories, your code, or anything you create with it.

5. Third-party software

   RepoBeam includes open-source components, such as Electron, React and CodeMirror. The Snap
   package also includes Git and other Ubuntu packages. Each component is distributed under its
   own license, and nothing in this agreement limits your rights under those licenses.

6. No warranty

   RepoBeam is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including the
   warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You are
   responsible for keeping backups of your work.

7. Limitation of liability

   To the maximum extent permitted by law, Baha Ferchichi is not liable for any damages arising
   from the use of, or inability to use, RepoBeam. This includes loss of data, loss of profits
   and indirect or consequential damages.

8. Termination

   Your permission to use RepoBeam ends automatically if you break these terms. You must then
   stop using RepoBeam and delete your copies.
